FILE FORMATS

As we use desktop publishing, we can accept many image formats. Our creative people designs with Adobe Creative Suite tools (InDesign, Acrobat, Photoshop and Illustrator), enabling us to handle the following file extensions:

• ai (Adobe Illustrator),
• jpg (jpeg),
• png (Portable Network Graphics),
• tif (Tagged Image Format),
• psd (Adobe Photoshop),
• indd (Adobe InDesign),
• pdf (Adobe Acrobat),
• eps (Encapsulated Postscript),
• gif (Graphic Interchange Format) and
• svg (Scalable Vector Graphics).

If your image format is not listed above, please contact us to see if we can handle it.

Mailing lists have to have the following minimum information: Address, City, State and Zipcode. We accept the following file formats:

• Text (comma separated or tab separated),
• MS Excel,
• MS Access and
• DBF.

To obtain the highest color accuracy, files are required in CMYK color space. We suggest using the U.S. Web Coated v2 (SWOP) standard. We can convert other color spaces like RGB, Lab, Web, etc. but as there are many algorithms for convertion, we cannot guarantee that the output is going to be what the customer expected.

If source files such us .psd, .ai & .indd are sent, it is also required to receive the resources associated with them, as this applications usually store images and other resources outside the files.
